Shiatsu - a healing treatment...
using pressure points, stretches and holding. By selecting two elements or meridian lines to work on, treatment is designed to help rebalance the body on a physical level as well as on emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

“The shiatsu was absolutely brilliant on my back. I was markedly better the next day and the day after. I didn’t expect something so gentle to be so powerful - I thought it would have needed more of a ‘bone-crunching’ technique to have such an effect.” John

Do-in - exercises...
exercises may be described as a kind of Japanese yoga. They are learned in connection with shiatsu as a way of developing and nurturing our all-important qi ‘energy’.

About the Practitioner...
