In a person's eyes lies a reflex zone. It is like in a mirror of the whole body where I can identify current health problems, their seriousness and their causes.
I can see which diseases you carry in your genes, that means that they are part of your inheritance and might only develop in a case of stress. With special care in diet and lifestyle you can avoid their later outbreak.
All this offers a good possibility for a preventative treatment, especially in cases of pre-cancer, rheumatism and so on, for many years before the worst case might have happened.
Herbalism:
The oldest medical treatment used on our planet is herbalism.
It is based on the knowledge of ingredients as well as on the signatures of the most common plants in our countrysides. They are used mostly as tea mixtures or as tinctures.
Already Paracelsius said, that there is a healing plant for every disease on this planet. Unfortunately most of this knowledge has been forgotten and needs to be revived.
The use of healing plants is an economical as well as ecological way of treating diseases without any unnecessary side effects.
Homeopathy:
Homeopathy is based on two healing rules, one says, that it is only the dose that divides a healing remedy from a poison one. The other one says, you can only heal a disease with the same material that it is caused by.
Today you find nearly every material that surrounds us in homeopathic remedies. We need them, because some of our surroundings have negative effects on us, for instance, food supplements. The homeopathy helps us to get rid of those unwanted effects to our health. It also responds to our own illness history and the influences of our family diseases .
Very small doses of a remedy can cause a lot of changes in our bodies, emotions and minds.
This is especially useful in cases where conventional medicine ends and can't do anymore than depress the symptoms as in allergies, asthma and eczema or in cases where it cannot help anyway.
Flower essences:
Flower essences are helpful in identifying and dissolving emotional problems behind illnesses and emotional inbalances.
They produce a nearly instant release, that can be combined with homeopathy and herbalism.

Family therapy (Family constellations, Hellinger-group):
If you would like to create more intimacy and heart connections in your family and gain the freedom provided by a supportive family, then come and join in a group to raise the awareness of the processes going on in your family relationships and get a clearer understanding of your role within your family.
For this group work I use techniques from Gestalt, Process work and Psychodrama. It is based on the teachings of Bert Hellinger.
There is an open group meeting every 1st Sunday of the month, 2.30 - 5.30pm in Findhorn village.
Special arrangements for consultations are also possible.
The cost for your own consultation is 30-60 pounds sterling (observer and helper experience for free.)
